When training with stimulation current, our natural electrical charges are merely amplified by the additional stimulus from the outside - directly over the nerve to the muscle. The body, therefore, does not perceive this stimulus as foreign.
None in particular. Every healthy person can use EMS profitably. There are certain target groups where EMS training is not advisable, such as those who should not be exposed to physical stress or engage in sports. This can include people with acute febrile illnesses, pacemakers, etc.
